Suntory Minus 196 Double Peach arrives in Australia

Suntory Minus 196 has dropped its third flavour on Aussie shores: Double Peach. Using the same unique Freeze Crush Infusion Technology that helped create its Double Lemon and Double Grape predecessors, whole peaches are frozen in liquid nitrogen at minus 196 degrees, then pulverised.

The peach powder is infused with shochu and vodka, then added to soda. Each can has 112 calories and 0 grams of sugar.

“Since its launch, Suntory Minus 196 has had a huge impact on the Ready to Drink category and we are excited to continue building this brand with another authentic and unmistakable Japanese flavour, Double Peach” said Trent Chapman, Beam Suntory Chief Marketing Officer.

“We know Aussies love both the Strong Zero and Minus 196 brands, and we wanted to make sure Minus 196 Double Peach had all the same extreme and genuine flavours that only Japan can provide.”

Suntory Minus 196 Double Peach (ABV 6%) is already hitting the shelves and is set to be available nationally at most major liquor retailers from mid-March 2024. You’ll find it alongside Minus 196 Double Lemon and Double Grape with a recommended retail price (RRP) of $26 (four pack) and $54 (ten pack).
