Maybe Cocktail Festival has return for its third year from 7–13 April 2025, bringing some of the world’s most celebrated bartenders to Sydney.
This year’s festival is welcoming leading bartenders and industry icons from countries including Argentina, Indonesia, Spain, the United Kingdom, the United States, Italy, Japan and Mexico, each bringing the essence of their award-winning bars to Australia.
Guests can expect an action-packed line-up of events, collaborations and exclusive cocktail experiences across Maybe Sammy, Dean & Nancy on 22, El Primo Sanchez, Maybe Frank, Little Cooler, Precinct 48, Hacienda and more.
Dean & Nancy, for example, is hosting a takeover by London’s famed Connaught Bar on 10 April. Behind the bar will be Agostino Perrone, Director of Mixology at The Connaught, creating cocktails using The Dalmore whisky.
You may have recently seen Perrone creating cocktail magic with actor Stanley Tucci.
“Maybe Cocktail Festival is about bringing the best drinking experiences from around the globe to Sydney,” said Festival Director Stefano Catino.
“We’re talking top-tier bartenders serving up world-class cocktails without anyone needing to clear customs. With the cost of living and the sheer distance of Sydney from so many of the world’s great drinking destinations, it’s not always easy to visit these bars in person.
“But for one week, they’re right here in our backyard. The line-up is stacked, the drinks will be flowing, and we can’t wait to see Sydney turn it on once again.”
