The Consorzio di Tutela Prosecco DOC is celebrating the sparkling wine during a pop-up bar experience on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
Prosecco DOC Bar by Cavallino will be held on 9 May during a two-week celebration of Prosecco at Cavallino Ristorante in Sydney’s Terrey Hills.
Over two weekends from 2-14 May 2025, Prosecco DOC will offer guests the opportunity to explore the unique qualities of the wine through curated tastings.
As an institution dedicated to promoting, protecting and enhancing the Denomination of Controlled Origin (DOC), the Consorzio di Tutela ensures that every bottle of Prosecco DOC meets rigorous standards.
The DOC designation guarantees authenticity and quality. Prosecco DOC is crafted from grapes grown in nine specific provinces across Veneto and Friuli-Venezia Giulia, where the unique landscape, mineral-rich soils, and favorable climate contribute to its distinctive characteristics.
At Cavallino, guests will have the chance to enoy selected Prosecco DOC labels paired with the venue’s signature cuisine and cocktails. Expect Prosecco arancini with parmigiano fondue, calamari, parmigiano and olives, San Daniele prosciutto and a Prosecco flight.
Bordering Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park, Cavallino is a rustic restaurant and wood-fired pizzeria serving predominantly Italian wines. Learn more here.
