Savage Rabbit Vodka has been awarded Gold and named Vodka of the Year at the 2025 Melbourne International Spirits Competition.
The competition received more than 200 submissions across 10 countries, with Savage Rabbit standing out as the only vodka to take home a Gold Medal, scoring 95 points.
Distilled in the Tatra Mountains in Slovakia using glacial spring water, Savage Rabbit is produced using winter wheat and rye. The vodka is cooled to -3°C before undergoing a triple-filtration process through charcoal, silver and platinum.
On the nose, Savage Rabbit reveals subtle notes of grapefruit and warm pecan. The palate delivers a balance of crisp apple and juicy melon, layered with almond and a hint of white pepper.
Ian Head, one of Savage Rabbit’s APAC Founders said: “Savage Rabbit is more than a premium vodka, it’s a new expression of the category. While purity and smoothness are at the core of our product, we’ve infused the brand with a playful, social
edge that reflects how today’s consumers connect with spirits.
“We’re proud to bring a vodka to market that’s crafted with care, steeped in provenance, and positioned to stand out both in
the glass and on the shelf.”
Savage Rabbit is available via savagerabbit.com.au, with an RRP of $69.
