Suntory BOSS Coffee is taking over the Suntory Bar for its last week of its exclusive residency at Prefecture 48 with a coffee-themed cocktail menu.
Running 5pm until late from 5–8 November 2025, it will be the final chance to experience Suntory Bar before the three-month celebration of all things Suntory comes to an end.
The Suntory BOSS Coffee cocktail menu will feature four drinks, each available in both alcohol and non-alcohol versions, blending the Japanese canned coffee with Suntory’s spirits.
The limited-time Suntory BOSS Coffee cocktail menu includes:
- Coffee Colada – Served tiki style; Suntory BOSS Coffee Iced Latte, Maker’s Mark, pineapple juice, Crawley’s Orgeat Syrup.
- Peatland Express – Served old fashioned style; Suntory BOSS Coffee Iced Mocha, Laphroaig 10 Whisky, spiced miso honey, honeycomb.
- The Irish BOSS – Served Irish coffee style; Suntory BOSS Coffee Iced Long Black, Suntory Toki Whisky, hojicha tea, hojicha cream.
- Japanese Cola – Served Batanga style; Suntory BOSS Coffee Iced Double Espresso, Haku Vodka, Amaro Nonino, cola, lime.
As part of the takeover, recently promoted professionals can claim a complimentary Suntory BOSS Coffee cocktail at Suntory Bar by presenting proof of their promotion from the last month. Plus each guest who purchases a cocktail from the bar’s limited-time menu can take home a complimentary can of Suntory BOSS Coffee from the on-site vending machine. Conditions apply for both promotions.
Guests who order The Irish BOSS cocktail have the chance to personalise their drink with their face printed on the cocktail – because nothing says you’re the boss like drinking your own mug.
Suntory Bar celebrates Suntory’s legendary range of spirits, from whisky highballs to other Suntory signature serves and creative cocktails developed in collaboration with Prefecture 48’s award-winning bartenders – available alongside the Suntory BOSS Coffee cocktail menu.
