First look: Grey Goose Courtside Bar at the AO

The Grey Goose Courtside Bar has returned to Melbourne Park for its second year at the Australian Open, serving its signature Lemon Ace cocktail.

Overlooking Court 6 with sweeping, uninterrupted views, the Courtside Bar has been reimagined to feature stylish cues of French Riviera inspiration. As the first-ever space to introduce stadium seating attached directly to a bar, it offers prime, elevated viewing.

Grey Goose Lemon Ace returns as the hero serve at the bar, crafted with Grey Goose vodka, passionfruit syrup, and sparkling lemonade and garnished with a playful lemon ball and fresh mint. Fans can enjoy the cocktail as a freshly mixed serve or as an AO-exclusive ready-to-drink can, available only at Melbourne Park throughout the tournament. Additional cocktails will include the Grey Goose Centre Court Cooler – Grey Goose Vodka with raspberry syrup, lime juice and grapefruit juice.

Grey Goose Global Director of Brand Experience and jazz pianist-turned-sommelier-turned bartender Joe McCanta (pictured main) will bring his creative flair and global experience to Courtside Bar, ensuring every Lemon Ace and Grey Goose serve is poured with precision and showmanship.

The culinary offering has been elevated for 2026 with a French-inspired menu crafted by award-winning chef Nik Hill from Porcine Bistro in Sydney’s Paddington. Hill’s creations include Leek & Lobster Quiche; Tomato & Cucumber Salad with Goats Cheese & Pimm’s Vinaigrette; Truffle Honey Custard Tarts; Camembert & Brandied Prunes; Duck Liver & Foie Gras Parfait with Stonefruit Gelée; and Bread & Butter.

Staff will be dressed in bespoke Ralph Lauren uniforms, marrying French flair with tennis club sophistication.

For guests seeking a more intimate experience, the Grey Goose offering extends into Club 1905 as part of the AO Reserve program, where opulent interiors, premium serves and unmatched Rod Laver Arena views set the tone. Here, guests can enjoy signature Grey Goose serves, including Grey Goose Classic Martinis and Grey Goose Espresso Martinis with the opportunity to upgrade to Grey Goose Altius, complemented by a refined tableside Martini Trolley moment. Martinis are finished with chosen bitters or brines with a theatrical long-pour before being garnished and served.
