Following the success of last year’s cheese-filled festival and pinot-paired party, MOULD x PINOT PALOOZA is once again bringing fromage and fermentation under one roof for one of Australia’s biggest food and wine celebrations.

The collaboration brings together two established events — MOULD and PINOT PALOOZA — into a single shared experience.

MOULD (est. 2017) will showcase more than 50 varieties of Australian artisan cheese, drawing producers from around the country and spanning everything from fresh and delicate to bold, aged favourites. Running alongside, PINOT PALOOZA (est. 2012) brings together more than 50 expressions of Pinot Noir from Australia, New Zealand and beyond, celebrating the diversity of the grape across regions and styles, poured by the winemakers and producers behind the bottles.

In 2026, MOULD x PINOT PALOOZA will also touch down in Adelaide for the first time, while Sydney will return after an 18-month hiatus at The Hordern Pavilion. Melbourne moves to the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre (MCEC) and across the country, Brisbane returns to the John Reid Pavilion at the RNA Showgrounds, and Perth to the Silver Jubilee Pavilion at Claremont Showgrounds.

Building on the popularity of last year’s tour, the 2026 program will also see four sessions run over three days, with Sundays now part of the lineup in every location.

Beyond tastings, bars across the event will pour a curated selection of wine alongside spirits, beer and cocktails. Food producers and cheese-loving makers round out the experience with ready-to-eat bites, pantry staples and grazing essentials.
