Two Stacks Double Irish Cream Liqueur launches

Ahead of Easter hosting and cooler-weather entertaining, Two Stacks Irish Whiskey has released its Double Irish Cream Liqueur in Australia.

Tapping into the seasonal shift towards richer, more indulgent serves, Two Stacks Double Irish Cream is designed for everything from post-dinner pours to at-home cocktails, bringing a more whiskey-forward profile to a category traditionally dominated by sweetness.

Crafted using the brand’s award-winning ‘The First Cut’ Signature Blend, the liqueur combines a mix of grain, pot still, double malt and peated malt whiskeys, aged for over four years. This is paired with premium Irish double cream from County Tipperary, creating a balance between richness and spirit-led character.

On the nose, expect milk chocolate, vanilla bean and a gentle warmth of whiskey, while the palate brings caramel, toffee and soft cocoa, lifted by a subtle wisp of smoke. The finish remains clean and balanced, with the whiskey cutting through the cream for a more refined, less cloying experience.

Co-founder Shane McCarthy said: “There’s a growing appetite for drinks that feel indulgent but still have structure and quality behind them. Irish Cream has always had a place in people’s homes, particularly in the cooler months, but we wanted to create something that feels more considered and more aligned with today’s drinking culture.”

Produced in partnership with Robert A. Merry & Co., one of Ireland’s most awarded Irish Cream producers, the liqueur has already received international recognition, including Ireland Cream Liqueur of the Year at the 2025 New York International Spirits Competition and Best Liqueur at the 2025 LA Spirits Awards.

Available nationwide and online, Two Stacks Double Irish Cream is priced at $35 for a 700ml bottle.
