3 delicious Christmas in July cocktails

Warner’s latest Christmas Cake Gin edition has arrived in Australia just in time to celebrate Christmas in July.

The small batch gin features notes of chocolate, black treacle and spice with hand-picked sloe berries and cherry juice.

“As a connoisseur of the delectable flavors of Christmas pudding, the Warner’s Christmas Cake Gin exceeds expectations and delivers beyond its label,” says Barrel & Batch.

“This gin embodies the essence of the adage ‘sugar, spice, and everything nice’ in a singular bottle. Its origins stem from Tom Warner’s mother’s recipe for the classic Christmas cake, which is characterised by its luxurious, dark, and syrupy properties.”

Warner’s Distillery sits in the rolling hills of Northamptonshire. Steeped in ancient farming history, the estate dates back to the 13th century Knights Hospitaller whose hand-built fish ponds were fed by the farm’s spring water.

Since launching in 2012, owners Tom and Tina Warner have built an expert team, producing unique spirits, elegantly crafted from ingredients grown on the farm.
