QT Melbourne’s Rooftop at QT is celebrating winter with snow shows, specialty cocktails and a seasonally-inspired menu.

The Snow Globe on Rooftop at QT, delivered in partnership with Grey Goose Vodka, is Melbourne’s first winter rooftop snow globe experience.

The venue is filling the city’s skyline with a spectacle of snowflakes, with hourly shows running from 5pm to late, Thursday to Sunday.

Grey Goose cocktails include the Flaming Blazer, served with a dramatic lick of fire (Grey Goose Vodka, Dewar’s 12-Year-Old Scotch Whisky, white peach and rosemary, caramel peach, bitters, nutmeg) and the Frosted Martini, stirred with a spectacle of liquid nitrogen (Grey Goose Vodka, anise myrtle oil, vermouth, lily pilly).

QT Melbourne’s Executive Chef Nic Wood has paired the cocktails to a menu featuring light bites reflecting the tastes of the season. Dishes include Braised Duck Croquette with plum puree; Spanner Crab Tartlet with chive, aspellete and lemon aioli; Abrolhos Island Half Shell Scallops with orange and fermented chilli butter; and a Classic Pacific Oyster with oscietra caviar.

The Snow Globe on Rooftop at QT is open at QT Melbourne until 2 September 2024.
