Margaret River’s Cape Mentelle winery is celebrating its 50th anniversary by unveiling a unique collection of rare, back vintage Cabernet Sauvignons.

The wines have been carefully selected by both past and present teams for their outstanding quality – they are an invitation to journey through several generations of winemakers who have made Cape Mentelle what it is today.

Only five of these unique box sets are available for auction through Langton’s and represent a very rare and special commemoratation of five decades of Cape Mentelle and its vibrant, elegant and expressive wines.

Cape Mentelle is famed for its cabernets. It took out its first Jimmy Watson Trophy in 1983 and won the accolade again in 1984.
