Just nine months after launching his alcoholic seltzer brand FIZZ, Queensland DJ Paul Fisher is celebrating selling one million cans.
He’s also given the drink a starring role in his latest music clip, ‘Just Feels Tight’, which has already been viewed more than 1.3million times on YouTube in the 24 hours since its release.
All-natural FIZZ has 77 calories and is 99.5% sugar-free. It will soon be stocked in 2500 stores nationwide thanks to partnerships with Bottlemart, Liquor Legends, Cellarbrations, IGA Liquor, BWS and Dan Murphy’s.
“It’s been a ton of fun turning our little brand from the Gold Coast into a national favourite,” says Wade Tiller, the brand’s Chief of FIZZ.
“We are so pumped to bring our fans a heap of exciting new things this summer to keep the good times rolling.”
Some of the biggest names on the Gold Coast collaborated in November to launch FIZZ, including global drinks veteran Tiller, Fisher’s wife Chloe, Mad Hueys co-founder Joel Scott, art director and Raen Eyewear founder Justin Heit.
“I always wanted my own drink, I mean, who doesn’t, but doing it with my mates from back home is pretty special,” Fisher said.

Fisher was nominated for Best Dance Release at the 2018 Aria Awards, as well as the Best Dance Recording category at the Grammy Awards for his solo single “Losing it” in 2019 as well as “Losing It” finishing second in Triple J’s top 100 that year.
He went viral recently for a dance video he filmed while in hotel quarantine in Brisbane – he set up Tik Tok on his phone, stripped down to his white Calvin Klein’s and started to dance a routine that’s become the inspiration for his latest film clip, ‘Just Feels Tight’.
A nod to Olivia Newton-John’s famous Physical video, the film clip sees Fisher replicate his hotel hijinks for an aerobics class and when things get a little overheated, he starts spraying the lycra clad participants with FIZZ.
“It was borne out of shear boredom, if I’m honest,” Fisher said.
“I just uploaded it to social media for a laugh and by the time they let me out of hotel quarantine, it’d had five million views.”

“The film clip for ‘Just Feels Tight’ is Sick, I’m not going to lie, but without FIZZ, it just didn’t feel right so we brought in a big esky of the stuff and went stupid with it,” Fisher said.
