Calabria celebrates new wine range with personalised labels

Calabria Family Wines has unveiled a new range, Bélena, to honour the second generation of the family business, Bill and Lena Calabria (Bill + Lena = Bélena).

To celebrate the release of the new range Calabria is inviting ‘true partners’ to blend their names together to create personalised custom labels via the Calabria website. Calabria Family Wines will then deliver the labels to customers to place directly on their Bélena wine.

“Mum and Dad have always done whatever they could to keep the Calabria business going,” said Sales & Marketing Manager Andrew Calabria.

“Even when times got tough in the 80s, Bill and Lena worked as one spending days on end washing wine bottles in an old
soft-drink bottle washer for other local wineries. During the good and tough times, Mum and Dad were front and centre working together for the good of the business. They continue to be an inspiration to me, my brothers and sister and we’re so pleased we can recognise the spirit of their brilliant partnership in the new Bélena range.

“We think this is a fun and personalised way for people to celebrate those close to them and see their names on a wine label. We’ve had a lot of fun bringing this to life and we can’t wait to see the clever blended names people come up with.”

The new range features the 2021 Bélena Pinot Grigio, 2020 Bélena Moscato and 2019 Bélena Montepulciano – three easy-drinking wines crafted for immediate enjoyment.

The wines are available now from Dan Murphy’s, Liquorland and First Choice stores for RRP $21.

To create a custom label, customers must purchase two bottles of Calabria Bélena Pinot Grigio or Moscato from where the wine is sold and visit to fill out the customisation form and upload a proof of purchase document.
