Bartega has collaborated with beloved South West Sydney institution DUO DUO to mix handcrafted ice cream with delicious cocktails.

Bartega opened in June at Canterbury League Club in Belmore, aiming to seamlessly blends the glamour and sophistication of a high-end cocktail bar with the warmth of a neighbourhood gem.

Bar Manager Tony Rudolph id a seasoned expert who has honed his craft in some of Sydney’s most prestigious establishments, including Peter Gilmore’s Bennelong and most recently, Crown Sydney’s Woodcut.

“If Bartega’s launch back in June has taught us one thing: it’s the incredible power of local flavours and community spirit,” Rudolph said.

“Partnering with DUO DUO allows us to take this learning to the next level. We’ve crafted something truly exceptional that merges the artistry of cocktails with the sweet indulgence of DUO DUO’s rich ice cream.”

Rudolph has handcrafted a new take on the traditional Mudslide Cocktail by blending rich, velvety flavours of Kalki Moon coffee liqueur, Irish cream, and Pandan vodka with DUO DUO’s signature Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge Gelato, whipped cream and chocolate flakes. 

For dessert aficionados, Bartega and DUO DUO present a heavenly pairing. A slice of Greek orange cake is served alongside DUO DUO Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge Gelato, complemented by a raspberry gel and a sweetened pistachio crumb.

In celebration of this partnership, patrons can also order both items as a decadent set, aptly named “Choc Lover’s Dream”.
