Sophisticated Cocktail Co. has joined forces with Brookie’s Byron Dry Gin to create a classic Dirty Gin Martini just in time for Australian Gin Day.

The “Dirty Gin Martini” blends of Brookie’s Byron Dry Gin with Australian Olive brine. The signature cocktail is a delightful combination of Brookie’s Byron Dry Gin, and a hint of olive brine, a dry vermouth and a touch of orange bitters, creating a perfectly balanced and refreshingly “dirty” Martini that is both tantalizing and memorable.

Sophisticated Cocktail releases gift box range

Sophisticated Cocktail Co has launched a Martini Gift Box range for the holiday season, featuring a choice of Lychee, Espresso or Pornstar Martinis.

The glamorous curated cocktail sets are designed to elevate the at-home cocktail experience. They come with an art deco-style cocktail shaker, two crystal cocktail coupes and 750ml of premixed Martinis. The kits also come wrapped, ready for gifting.

Launched just over two years ago, Sophisticated Cocktail Co hopes to redefine what it means to “drink consciously”.

Founder Vicki Lyon created the brand to offer Aussies the opportunity to imbibe while limiting the impact their drinking has on the environment. Her sustainable cocktail range comes in stylish pouches, which are made from recycled goon bags.

Lyon kicked off Sophisticated Cocktail Co with a Margarita and a Cosmo and has since expanded the range to include eight other cocktails.

Made with fresh ingredients and at 15% ABV, each 750ml bag contains approximately six cocktails.
