A hard seltzer range infused with native ingredients called MODE is attracting a growing number of Australian fans.
MODE blends native Australian ingredients with premium triple distilled vodka crafted in country Victoria and made from Australian wheat.
The resulting locally-made and premium tasting product is low-calorie, low-sugar and vegan.
MODE Founder Michael Clifford took his 10 years of working with some of the biggest brands in the UK and European markets and combined this experience with the taste of home.
“We’ve been fortunate to build relationships with some of the best independent stores across NSW and Victoria who immediately understand what MODE is about, and their customers who appreciate something different in what is a fairly homogenised category,” said Clifford.
“These relationships have contributed significantly to our solid and consistent sales growth since we launched 18 months ago. It also speaks to the importance of stores like PnV, Blackhearts & Sparrows and other small independents across Australia being at the forefront of drinking culture in Australia – they know the producers, they know the products and they know what’s good”.
There are four native ingredient seltzer flavours available: Salt Brushed Skin – Davidson Plum + Forrest Berry; Jim’s Pink Blouse – Tasmanian Pepperberry, Ginger + Lime; Frankie’s Sunset Dress – Mango + Pomegranate; and No More Elevator Music – Yuzu, Cucumber & Basil .
