The inaugural Sydney Spirits Festival will be held from 10-12 May 2024 at the Overseas Passenger Terminal in The Rocks.
It will be the largest and most diverse gathering of its kind in Australia, showcasing 148 brands spanning whisk(e)y, gin, soju, schnapps, rum, agave, vodka, vermouth, grappa, tequila, liqueurs, fortified wines, and more.
Attendees will have the opportunity to explore rare and award-winning spirits from international and boutique distillers, ranging from German and Japanese gin to American peanut butter whisky, Greek vermouth, Brazilian cachaça and Australian gold medal-winning Negronis.

Renowned figures in the spirits industry will attend, with Australia’s “Godfather of Whisky” Bill Lark offering samples and signing bottles at stand 7; Gee David from Buffalo Trace Distillery pouring samples of world-famous bourbon; and Mikey Enright of Hickson House showcasing his award-winning gin and whisky.
Sydney Spirits Festival will also host a range of culinary experiences, with HUGO exclusive VODKA offers tastings and a special Caviar Bump with every bottle purchase, a diverse selection of international cuisines, including Japanese noodles, Mexican tacos and gourmet oysters and Schibello Coffee Café serving brandy cannoli and premium coffee.
The festival will be organised into five three-hour sessions and exclusive masterclasses on Bourbon, Whisky, Gin, Rum, Vermouth and Negronis, each at an additional cost of $40, limited to 40 tickets per class.
General tasting sessions will be priced at $80 per person, with an extra 30 minutes on Friday. Premium Any Session tickets will be available for $120.
