Accolade Wines has announced the appointment of Amy Darvill as its new Marketing Director ANZ.

Darvill joins as Accolade Wines Marketing Director ANZ from L.E.K. Consulting, where she led work with clients to develop growth strategies, and built skills in broader business strategy development and communication expertise to help embed strategy throughout a business.

Previously, Darvill also spent over a decade as Brand Director at Lion where she lead a portfolio of some of Australia’s largest beer brands such as XXXX, Tooheys, Hahn, James Squire and James Boag. She was also in charge of Lion’s multi-site hospitality venues.

“Amy brings together passion for brand, business strategy and a strong understanding of how consumers ‘work’ to develop actionable growth strategies and help businesses – and their people – grow,” Accolade said.
