New craft beers tackle cost of living crisis

Brisbane craft brewery All Inn Brewing Co. has announced the release of two new beers designed to counter the cost of living crisis.

As Australia struggles with higher interest rates and inflation, All Inn Brewing Co. has created the C.O.L.D Project “Cost of Living Deferment”. The beers are easier on the hip pocket but aim to deliver a great craft beer taste.

Beer lovers will face another cost-of-living blow on February 5 when the tax excise on beer will increase again, adding about 90c to the cost of every pint.

All Inn Brewing Co Chief Operating Officer Luke Phillips said: “As people grapple with higher cost of goods and inflation we wanted to ensure the hard working Australian didn’t sacrifice the age old tradition which is to enjoy a cold, delicious craft beer at the end of a hard working day.

“Therefore we created these two beers designed to ease the pain at the checkout but still deliver the flavour you respect and deserve.”

While every avenue has been taken to lower the price point of the beers, the artwork have been given a premium look via stylish artwork by Matt Vergotis of Verg Design.

Good Beer Pale Ale 4% and Good Beer Lager 4% are designed to be sold at $56 for a carton of 24 x 375ml. They will be available in First Choice and Liquorland outlets across Queensland as well as selected independent bottleshops from February 1.
