Roy Morgan has unveiled the winners of its Annual Customer Satisfaction Awards, with Dan Murphy’s taking out the Liquor Store of the Year category for the second year running.
Dan Murphy’s also took out third place in the Best of the Best section, with a customer satisfaction rating of 96.1% and 12 monthly wins in the liquor category.
The ‘Best of the Best’ award goes to the company that achieved the highest customer satisfaction of all 38 winners in the Annual Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards.
Over 60,000 Australians surveyed from January to December 2023 named the companies they deal with across more than 30 industries, including Automotive, Banking, Supermarket and Telecommunications, and rated how satisfied they were with them. Monthly Customer Satisfaction winners are recorded in each category throughout the year, with the annual award going to the company with the most monthly wins.
Aussie Broadband won the overall Roy Morgan ‘Best of the Best’ Customer Satisfaction Award for the first time with a 97.5% average customer satisfaction in the Mobile Phone Service Provider category. In second place was Manufacturer of the Year Skoda with an average customer satisfaction rating of 97.1%.
