Hickson House Distilling Co has announced a distribution partnership with global spirits company Amber Beverage Group.
Effective from 1 July 2024, the collaboration marks an exciting new chapter for both companies as they join forces to expand their footprint in the Australian gin market.
Founded by Mikey Enright and Julian Train in 2022, the Hickson House Gin brand quickly gained popularity within Sydney following the opening of Hickson House Distillery and Bar in the heart of The Rocks.
Sourcing ingredients from all over the country, some grown exclusively for the distillery, Hickson House Gin continues to put a distinct Australian twist on a traditional category. With the new distribution deal with Amber Beverage, the brand is gearing up for nationwide expansion and embarking on ambitious growth initiatives.
Amber Beverage Group CEO Patrick Borg said he had been watching the brand from afar since its inception.
“The Hickson House Gin story is a great one, and one that I have watched with interest since the brand was launched in 2022,” he said.
“Having known Mikey and Julian for many years, I am excited to work together on growing Hickson House Gin in Australia. I speak for the entire Amber Beverage team when I say we are all very excited to welcome this great brand to our portfolio.”
Hickson House Gin Founder Mikey Enright said: “We can’t wait to collaborate with the Amber Beverage team and look forward to growing our brand and partnership across Australia over the coming years. Strengthening our presence throughout Australia is one of our key focus areas for the years ahead, and we believe Amber Beverage are the ones to help us do so.”
