Petaluma has revealed the latest addition to its portfolio – the 2021 Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon, named ANOVA.
This exclusive wine is produced in limited quantities only during exceptional vintages and is intended to exemplifies the pinnacle of premium Cabernet expression from the Coonawarra region.
Crafted from the finest Cabernet sites within Coonawarra, Petaluma ANOVA is handpicked and selectively harvested in low-yielding vineyards . The wine then undergoes individual barrel selection to ensure the utmost expression of Coonawarra Cabernet from the 2021 vintage.
The wine features intense aromas of blackberry fruit, with hints of leafy cassis enhanced by aromatic notes of
toasted cedar. It has a powerful and dense midpalate, featuring rich black and blue fruits with refined and elegant
tannins. Carefully selected oak lends layers of weight and texture, complemented by hints of spice and char.
It has cellaring potential of more than 10 years and is currently available on shelf with an RRP of $150.
