Tomatin Whisky has teamed up with MISC Parramatta to offer Sydneysiders a Steak and Scotch feast, available every Thursday in August and on Father’s Day.
Enjoy a glass of Tomatin 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch or have it in a cocktail, such as a Whisky Sour, Old Fashioned or Americano.

Drinks are paired with a 1kg Rib Eye MB5+ to share among four people. It comes with a whisky-infused sauce and sides, plus a Tomatin Bombe Alaska for dessert.
The whisky is traditionally matured in a combination of Bourbon barrels and Sherry Casks, creating elegant and airy aromas of wild heather, pine and cedar on the nose.
The Tomatin 12 Year Old Highland Single Malt Scotch ageing process produces notes of crème caramel with apples, pears and mango and has a full-body buttery finish. It has earned double gold medals two years in row at the World Spirits Competition in San Francisco (2023 and 2024).

MISC Parramatta is the neighbourhood meeting place that celebrates local produce. Its Father’s Day feast, which is priced at $115 per person, can be booked on miscparramatta.com.au.
To purchase Tomatin 12 YO Single Malt Scotch as a Father’s Day gift, head to Dan Murphy’s or BWS.
