Sydney’s harbourside Opera Bar is set to transform into a rosé utopia with the 2024 return of the Rosé All Day Festival.

From 6–15 September 2024 the pink-hued celebration will include rosé wines, frozen rosé margaritas, and even rosé-themed snacks.

Opera Bar is located on the Lower Concourse Level of Sydney Opera House and set against a backdrop of Sydney’s glistening harbour.

Tickets to Rosé All Day include a choice of any three drinks from the rosé menu. Cocktails include the Frozen Rosé & Honey Margarita, Rosé rebellion (Campari, sweet vermouth, sparkling rosé and coconut water) and Spring Kiss (rosé, Aperol, St Germain, raspberry liqueur, topped with soda).

Of course, it wouldn’t be a rosé event without the eternally popular frosé and a rosé spritz on offer. Bottles of Moet & Chandon Rose Champagne will also be available for $99 each.

Staying in theme, there are several snack items with a pink-hue too – think Sydney Rock oysters with a rosé mignonette; tuna tartare on prawn crackers with finger lime; and strawberries and cream pavlova. Opera Bar’s full menu will also be available to order during the festival.
