All three levels of Sydney’s Barangaroo House are turning pink in October in celebration of spring’s favourite drink – rosé.
Rosé Rising is a month-long ode to rosé in all its forms with each level of the House serving custom rosé-themed drinks and food.
On the rooftop at Smoke patrons can pair the incredible sunset with classic French Provence rosé by Whispering Angel, the aptly named Pink Sunset cocktail (Bombay Sapphire gin, house-made rosé and rhubarb liquor, lemo, and fresh raspberry garnish), or a shot of Blush and Burn (strawberry-infused Patron Silver Tequila, coconut and cream).
The rosé theme carries through to the snacks, which include smoked ocean trout on steamed mini brioche with ocean trout pearls and pink prawn crackers.

At Rekōdo, on the middle level of the House, vinyl is played while Veuve Clicquot Rosé is poured by the glass and by the bottle. There’s also a Kyoto Kiss cocktail (Veuve Cliquot Rosé, Aperol, raspberry and strawberry) and Tokyo Drift shooter (Patron Silver Tequila, vanilla and strawberry) special for the month.

The food menu includes pink-hued tuna san choy bao or strawberry fried ice cream topped with rosé caramel and fairy floss.

Downstairs on ground level is where you’ll find House Bar, where it’s all about Chandon Rosé bubbles and frosé poured by the glass and by the bottle alongside Skull Island prawn pink bao buns and rosé strawberry and cream sweet sandos.
