Hard FIZZ has debuted its newest EXTRA STRENGTH flavour – Hard FIZZ Passionfruit – following the success of the brand’s original Passionfruit & Guava.
Passionfruit & Guava has been among the brand’s top three performers with consumers selling more than one million serves since its launch in 2021.
The EXTRA STRENGTH version, dials up the passionfruit using real fruit extract, with less than eight grams of sugar and only 148 calories, per can.
“It’s a real throwback to those popular passionfruit drinks of yesteryear,” Hard FIZZ CEO Wade Tiller said. “It’s got a summery note to it – it’s deliciously sweet, but not too heavy, so you could sit on them all afternoon or night.
“Hard FIZZ Passionfruit will definitely be a fan favourite. “In fact [Grammy nominated DJ and Hard FIZZ frontman] FISHER says it’s his personal favourite – that’s why we’ve put it into production.
“The RTD (ready to drink) category is constantly evolving and becoming more sophisticated – flavour is a must, but it can’t be sugary.”
Hard FIZZ was founded in 2020 by a cohort of ‘celebrity’ owner investors including FISHER and his podcaster wife Chloe, professional surfers Laura Enever and Nikki Van Dijk, DJ’s Tigerlily and Brooke Evers and TV chef, Hayden Quinn. Podcaster Ellidy Pullin and AFL star Rory Sloane have also bought into the company.
In the past 12 months, Hard FIZZ has generated $12 million in sales, moving three and half million cans and more than one million litres in volume.

Hard FIZZ Passionfruit is available in all Liquorland and First Choice Liquor stores throughout Queensland and select retailers nationally.
