Four Pillars serves up free gin-flavoured sausage sizzle

Free Four Pillars x Victor Churchill gin sausage sangas are coming to venues in Sydney and Melbourne this November and December.

The creation – a gin-infused pork sausage made with Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin botanicals and a dash of gin itself – is Four Pillars latest ‘Made From Gin’ product.

Served in a slice of classic white bread, the gin sausage will be accompanied by another Made From Gin creation, a bespoke Orange and Sour Cherry Relish made at the Four Pillars Distillery in Healesville using gin-steamed oranges from the Rare Dry Gin distillations.

Popping up rooftops and beer gardens as well as its distillery home, Four Pillars will be manning the barbie and offering complimentary gin sausage sandwiches when fans order a Rare Dry G&T.

Four Pillars Creative Director of Gin Drinks Nick Tesar said: “When we thought about the perfect pairing for our Rare Dry G&T, we knew it had to be something classically Australian, loved by the masses, and easy to eat with one hand –
leaving the other free for your G&T.”
