Curatif, Qantas and Four Pillars Gin have joined together to debut the Aviation Spritz, a modern twist on the iconic Aviation cocktail, on Qantas international flights.
The Aviation Spritz is available across all International Economy and Premium Economy cabins on originating from Australian airports.
Made by Curatif using Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin and Regal Rogue Daring Dry, the Aviation Spritz is a fresh and lightly floral gin spritz with big citrus notes, a savoury edge and a sweet violet finish.
“We love collaborating with Qantas and Four Pillars,” said Curatif Managing Director and Co-Founder Matt Sanger.
“I personally cannot wait to be onboard enjoying an Aviation Spritz – or two – very soon!”
The partnership follows Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin being made available inflight in Qantas international business and first cabins, in addition to Four Pillars’ pre-existing availability in International First Lounges.
It’s not the first Curatif canned cocktail to take to the skies with Qantas, Curatif’s Tommy’s Margarita is also available in the air.
Festive updates to Qantas menu
In a major overhaul to the Flying Kangaroo’s beer range several Qantas lounges have been stocked with James Squire ginger beer and a new local independent beer range including Hawke’s lager in Sydney, Straddie Amity Pale Ale in Brisbane, Bentspoke Crankshaft IPA in Canberra, Gage Roads Single Fin Summer Ale in Perth and Stomping Ground Big Sky Hazy in Melbourne.

Customer favourites Stone and Wood and Cooper’s Pale Ale are being served inflight in addition to the lounge.
The Qantas inflight cocktail program is also expanding with an onboard Bloody Mary mixture developed exclusively for the airline in addition to the new Qantas Aviation Spritz created by Curatif.

In the days leading up to Christmas, traditional festive fare with all the trimmings will be served across selected domestic and international lounges including a Qantas signature Christmas cocktail, a spritz featuring vodka, cherry brandy and a bespoke strawberry Christmas Syrup, finished with crystallized ginger and fresh mint
