Champagne Telmont has announced its continued partnership with E1, the world’s first all-electric powerboat racing championship, as official Champagne sponsor for a second year.
When this year’s E1 championship season finale is held in Miami in November, Champagne Telmont will be there to help celebrate the 2025 Champions of the Water.

November will mark Miami’s debut on E1’s calendar that already visits iconic locations including Jeddah, Doha, Dubrovnik and Lagos.
E1 was established to create a new on-water racing championship using electric technologies to help protect and restore urban waters and coastal areas.
Featuring both a male and female pilot, teams compete in E1 RaceBirds that ‘fly’ over the water when they hit foiling speeds.

E1 teams are owned by some of the biggest names on the planet, including Will Smith, Marc Anthony and Steve Aoki from the world of entertainment, LeBron James, Rafael Nadal, Tom Brady, Virat Kohli and Didier Drogba from the world of sport and Marcelo Claure from the world of business.
Telmont, which is part of renowned French spirits group Rémy Cointreau and has Leonardo DiCaprio as one of its investors, has pledged to move towards 100% regenerative and organic viticulture and aims to reduce its carbon footprint as much as possible, to be net-positive by 2050.

E1 founder and Chief Executive Officer Rodi Basso said: “Our successful partnership with Maison Telmont will see them help celebrate our 2025 Champions of the Water in Miami in November, our first round to be held in North America.
“We both share a real passion and commitment to innovation, sustainability and excellence at the core of what we do which makes Maison Telmont a perfect partner for E1.”
President of Telmont Ludovic du Plessis said: “At Telmont, we believe that innovation and respect for nature must go hand in hand. We also believe that it is everyone’s responsibility to push boundaries and redefine standards.
“E1 is completely reinventing the standard for motorised water sports. It’s a unique blend of motorsport, emotion, and sustainability and we are immensely proud to continue as their partner.”
The news follows Bombay Sapphire announcing in May that it was the Official Gin Partner of the E1.
