B2B event Fine Food Australia is returning to Sydney this September and adding three innovative drinks brands to the mix.
Fine Food Australia is designed exclusively for trade, from chefs and café owners to restaurateurs, retailers, buyers and foodservice entrepreneurs, offering a rare opportunity to source products, connect with industry leaders and get hands-on with the ideas shaping the future of food and drinks.
More than 900 exhibitors and 25,000 industry professionals will take part in the event across four days at the ICC Sydney from 8-11 September 2025.
Among them are Chocolate in a Bottle, a French blanc de blancs sparkling wine uniquely infused with Belgian chocolate. Flemish sommelier Tom De Bruyn collaborated closely with a skilled winemaker near Perpignan in the South of France to craft this luxurious beverage. Grapes grown in sandy and slate-rich terroirs undergo traditional vinification before being infused with the essence of Belgian chocolate and hazelnut extract.

Certified sake sommelier and 2024 NSW Sake Educator, Thomas Hart will also host Beyond Sake: Japanese Liqueurs and Shochu on 9 September. The seminar will explore how these versatile beverages pair across a full dining experience, from appetizers to dessert, while offering insights into sourcing, import trends and opportunities for foodservice professionals.
In partnership with Investment NSW, the Flavours of NSW Pavilion will showcase the state’s food and beverage producers. Featuring 18 local businesses, from artisan foods and boutique condiments to beverages and regional specialities. The initiative gives emerging and established brands the chance to expand their reach and connect with national and global trade opportunities.

Drinks exhibitors at the pavilion include Dharawal Distilling, a First Nations producer crafting premium vodka and gin with native botanicals.
