Sophie Monk pops cork on new Prosecco range

[yellow tail] has teamed up with its brand ambassador Sophie Monk to launch [yellow tail] Prosecco and Prosecco Rosé.

Monk said: “I’ve always loved a glass of Prosecco, it’s fun, fresh, and perfect for any occasion. For me, wine has always been about sharing laughs with friends or celebrating special moments with family. It doesn’t need to be stuffy or complicated – just really enjoyable.

“That’s why this collaboration with [yellow tail] felt like such a natural fit. The [yellow tail] Sophie Monk Prosecco is not only seriously tasty, but it’s made for getting party-ready. It’s got that pop of personality that brings a sense of fun and gets everyone smiling.

“I’m so excited to share it with Australia – trust me, it’s delicious!”

Prosecco is currently the fastest-growing category in wine, with Australian prosecco accounting for 74% of the category. With Prosecco drinkers skewing younger and enjoying their bubbles in social settings, [yellow tail] said the launch was a strategic move to meet evolving consumer tastes and recruit new drinkers into wine.
