Tequila Don Julio unveils its Oscars cocktails

Tequila Don Julio is partnering with the Oscars for its ninth consecutive year, mixing cocktails for thirsty celebrities at the Governors Ball, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences’ official party.

The cocktail program will be once again created by acclaimed mixologist Charles Joly, in collaboration with Lorenzo Antinori from Bar Leone, which was named World’s Best Bar for 2025. Opened in Hong Kong in June 2023 by Antinori, Bar Leone celebrates Italian pop-culture and the art of classic bartending.

Signature cocktails for the event will include “The Sequel” with Tequila Don Julio 1942, “Best in Show” with Tequila Don Julio Blanco, “Golden Cut” with Tequila Don Julio Reposado, “Maestro Martini” with Tequila Don Julio 70 and “After Glow” (Seedlip, non-alcoholic).

The Governors Ball will take place in the Ray Dolby Ballroom on the top level of Ovation Hollywood immediately following the Oscars broadcast.

Wolfgang Puck Catering will celebrates its 32nd year at the Governors Ball with a menu created by Wolfgang Puck and Eric Klein, and pastry design by Garry Larduinat and Kamel Guechida.

Among the canapes will be roaming savoury cannolis, mini wagyu cheeseburgers and tempura snow peas.

The 98th Oscars will be held on Sunday, March 15, 2026, at the Dolby® Theatre at Ovation Hollywood and will be televised live on ABC, streamed live on Hulu and air live in more than 200 territories worldwide.
