Grey Goose Chocolate Martini
- 60 ml Grey Goose Vodka
- 45 ml White Crème de Cacao
- Cocoa
- Premium French chocolate
METHOD: Rim a chilled martini cocktail glass with cocoa powder. Stir liquid ingredients over ice and strain into glass. Garnish with a couple chocolate ribbons.

- 100ml Baileys Original Irish Cream
- 2 hollow Easter eggs (around 100g each)
- 6 scoops vanilla ice cream (360ml)
- 100ml double cream (whipped)
- 20ml chocolate sauce
- Toasted chopped hazelnuts and chocolate flakes to garnish
- Extra toppings – mini eggs, mint leaves, raspberries or a macaroon
METHOD: Carefully crack off the tips of the Easter eggs. Blend the Baileys with the ice cream. Then pour it into the chocolate eggs. Top with whipped cream, chocolate sauce, chopped nuts, mini eggs and chocolate sprinkles.

Gordon Ramsay Easter Cocktail

- 30ml Bacardi Carta Blanca
- 10ml Mozart White Chocolate Liqueur
- 5ml honey
- 10ml orange liqueur
- Chocolate bitters
- Egg yolk
- Chocolate Orange rim
METHOD: Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into a martini glass with a chocolate orange rim.

Beachtree Easter Espresso Martini
- 30ml Beachtree Vodka (or Beachtree Rum)
- 30-40 ml Beachtree Coffee Liqueur
- 20ml Chocolate liqueur or chocolate syrup
- 20ml Cream
- Chocolate syrup for glass
- Garnish: Chocolate bunny, grated chocolate or cocoa dust
METHOD: Drizzle chocolate syrup inside a chilled martini glass and rotate to coat the sides. Pour Beachtree Vodka (or Rum), Beachtree Coffee Liqueur, chocolate and cream into a shaker with ice. Shake hard until well chilled and creamy. Double strain into the prepared martini glass. Finish with grated chocolate and place a chocolate bunny on the rim.

Kahlua White Chocolate Russian
- 30ml Kahlúa
- 30ml Absolut Vodka
- 30ml double cream
- 30ml espresso
- 1 handful white chocolate squares
- Ice cubes
METHOD: Melt the white chocolate in a bain-marie with cream. Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes. Add the Kahlúa, vodka and espresso. Carefully pour the melted mix on top and stir gently.

ALDI Hot Cross Bun Apple Pie Cocktail
- 40ml Hot Cross Bun Vodka Liqueur
- 60ml Pick’d Cloudy Apple Juice
- 10ml lemon juice
- Splash of Regal Soda Water
METHOD: Shake Hot Cross Bun Vodka Liqueur, apple juice and lemon with ice. Top with mineral water. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.

Hillmartin Hot Cross Bun Gin Spritz
- 30ml HM Hot Cross Bun Gin
- 15ml Cointreau (if you want to reduce the volume of alcohol, swap for orange juice)
- 60ml Prosecco
- 10ml Sugar syrup
- 30ml Soda water (or to your liking)
- Lots of ice
- Orange slice and cinnamon stick to garnish
METHOD: To a wine glass with ice add gin, Cointreau (orange juice), sugar syrup and then stir to combine. Add your orange slice and cinnamon stick garnish. Pour in Prosecco and top with soda water. Give your spritz a light stir.

Campari Chocolate Negroni
1 Part Bulldog London Dry Gin
1 Part Campari
1 Part Sweet Red Vermouth
1 Part Crème de Cacao
METHOD: Pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass. Pour all ingredients in a mixing glass. Stir with ice. Strain into ice-filled glass. Garnish with orange zest or a dehydrated orange slice and a chocolate orange segment.
