Calabria Family Wine Group has combined its domestic distribution business under a single banner—House of Fine Wine.
The move follows the Group’s February acquisition of House of Fine Wine and The Wine Company, marking the next phase of integration, bringing its domestic distribution businesses together under a single, premium, market-facing identity.
Calabria Sales & Marketing Director Andrew Calabria said: “This is a natural and exciting next step following our recent acquisitions. By bringing our distribution businesses together under the House of Fine Wine name, we’re creating greater
clarity for the market while building a platform that supports growth, investment and long-term partnerships, all while remaining proudly family owned.”
Brands under the House of Fine Wine banner range from Champagne Bollinger to Dow’s Port, McWilliams, Tahbilk and Villa Maria.
Simon Limmer, Chief Executive Officer of Indevin Group, owner of the Villa Maria brand, said the unified platform will support the brands continued growth in Australia.
“Calabria Family Wine Group brings deep market expertise, with a strong distribution platform that ensures greater consistency in how brands are represented,” Limmer said.
“We’re confident this next phase will strengthen execution for Villa Maria in Australia and support continued investment in long-term brand building with the trade.”
