Four Pillars’ Martini Collective is returning for its fourth year, partnering with venues across Sydney, Melbourne and, for the first time, Brisbane, to celebrate the timeless appeal of the classic Martini.
Each participating venue will serve an aperitif-style Four Pillars Olive Leaf Gin Mini Martini. The two sip Martini will be paired with a curated snack unique to the venue – designed to complement the savoury, botanical profile of the gin.
This year marks the Martini Collective’s expansion into a new city, bringing an even broader lineup of exclusive venues to explore. The Brisbane lineup includes Supernormal and Milquetoast.
In Sydney, the offering has expanded to 12 venues, inviting guests to map out their own Martini trail. From a tomato arancino at Pilu to a fried prawn sando at The International The Grill – there’s something for every palate.
Meanwhile, Melbourne welcomes back the Collective with six standout destinations. Maison Bâtard is serving a hand-cut steak tartare tart with confit egg yolk and chive, while NOMAD showcases a refined diamond clam pairing.
Running from Thursday 21 May to Sunday 21 June, the month-long celebration also leads into World Martini Day, the perfect moment to raise a glass to the iconic Olive Leaf Martini.
