Following the success of last year’s cheese and pinot-paired festival, MOULD and PINOT PALOOZA are touring the country together again.
The dual event is one of Australia’s biggest food and wine celebrations, with MOULD showcasing more than 50 varieties of Australian artisan cheese, drawing producers from around the country.

Running alongside it, PINOT PALOOZA brings together more than 50 expressions of Pinot Noir from Australia, New Zealand and beyond, poured by the winemakers and producers behind the bottles.
Sydney is returning to the program after an 18-month hiatus at The Hordern Pavilion, hosting the first blended event for Sydneysiders to savour. Melbourne is moving to the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre, the Perth event will be hosted at the Silver Jubilee Pavilion at Claremont Showgrounds and MOULD x PINOT PALOOZA is also touching down in Adelaide for the first time.

Presented by REVEL, the 2026 program features tastings plus bars across the event pouring a curated selection of wine alongside spirits, beer and cocktails. Food producers and cheese-loving makers round out the experience with ready-to-eat bites, pantry staples and grazing essentials.
On sale now via mouldxpalooza.com, tickets are $59 plus booking fee and include festival entry, unlimited cheese and pinot tastings, a complimentary cooler bag for cheese purchases, a stemless wine glass for tastings and a custom wine tote.
