Fever-Tree is bringing a taste of the European summer to Australian bars and restaurants with Social Club, a national celebration of summer spritz cocktails.
Among the highlights are Spritz Trees, colourful, tiered displays featuring a selection of cocktails for groups to share.

Available at selected venues, the trees bring a little theatre to the table, turning a round of cocktails into a shared experience.
Built around the idea of creating occasions worth leaving home for, Social Club is coming to venues across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth. Think G&T Gardens, spritz and happy-hour menus, bottomless brunches, sundowner sessions and colourful Spritz Trees.
Fever-Tree Australia Senior Marketing & Partnerships Manager Darren Dalzell said: “Australians have really embraced the spritz, but we’re now seeing people look beyond the classics and explore something new. There’s a growing appetite for lighter, more refreshing cocktails, and that’s opening up some exciting possibilities.
“Citrus and grapefruit flavours are proving particularly popular, alongside more floral and botanical combinations like elderflower. Taste has always been at the heart of Fever-Tree, and our mixers use naturally sourced ingredients to bring out the best in these flavours.”
