Premium Belgian non-alcoholic gin NUDO has arrived on Australian shores. The Spirits By Design distillery has utilised the unique processes of cold press and extraction to create the non-alcoholic spirit, which captures the smell and flavour of traditional gin without the alcohol.

It contains only natural ingredients, without any artificial flavours or preservatives, and is also completely sugar, salt and, of course, alcohol free. With its complex pallet of spices, zests and flowers, NUDO creates a zingy, citrus based non-alcoholic drink.

The non-alcoholic spirits category is booming, with the Australian non-alcoholic market predicted to be worth more than $43 billion by 2025. Recent data from IWSR (“No- and Low-Alcohol Strategic Study 2021”) also shows that the no/low category within the beverage alcohol market is set to grow by 31% over the next three years globally. 

Here’s a serving suggestion – the Nudojito: gently muddle two large barspoons cane sugar, half a diced lime and 10 fresh mint leaves. Add crushed ice, 60ml NUDO and top with soda. Garnish with fresh mint.
