Invivo launches celebrity wine store

The launch of a new online store by Invivo & Co will make it easier for Australian shoppers to buy award-winning wines from celebrity labels including Graham Norton and Sarah Jessica Parker.

The opening of the store, called Sendnsip, marks the highly anticipated return and arrival of several best sellers previously unavailable in the Australian market. They include Invivo X, SJP Sauvignon Blanc and Rosé from the South of France, and Graham Norton’s much-loved Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, new Rosé Prosecco DOC and Irish gins.

Wine retail in the online sphere has experienced substantial uptake during the pandemic both globally and in Australia and New Zealand. The largest success for online shopping during COVID-19 was wine, totalling 70% of online sales globally during lockdown.

Founded by old school friends, Tim Lightbourne and winemaker, Rob Cameron, Invivo & Co has made a name for itself with the success of its celebrity collaborations. The company ensures its A-list partners are involved in the winemaking process – every year the blending sessions are filmed and released to the public.

“We’re delighted to be launching our very first direct-to-consumer store in Australia,” said Lightbourne. “Graham Norton’s Own Wines have been enjoyed by Aussies across states over the years, and served on Qantas Business Class, but this is the first time they’ll be able to enjoy Graham’s two gins. Likewise, fans of Invivo X, SJP have been eagerly anticipating the return of Sarah Jessica’s award-winning Sauvignon Blanc, as the first vintage quickly sold out! This is also the first time that they’ll be able to taste her Rosé from the South of France, part of a growing trend of consumers seeking pale, dry style of Provence-style rosés.

“Furthermore with our new store, we’re looking forward to offering a number of perks, packages and new products in the months to come – exclusive to Invivo.”

Across Sendnsip.com.au, customers will be able to read up on the Invivo journey so far, view the winemaking sessions with both SJP and Graham Norton, as well as shop all exclusive blends from Sauvignon Blanc, through to the Rosé from the South of France.

Invivo Graham Norton

In 2020, Graham Norton’s Own Wine and Spirits produced its 10 millionth bottle of wine, with the range now featuring a Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, New Zealand Rosé, a Rosé Prosecco from Italy and two gins, produced in collaboration with a distillery in Graham’s home town of West Cork in Ireland, all available to Aussies now via sendnsip.com. This is the first time Graham Norton fans in Australia will be able to enjoy his Rosé Prosecco, Pink Gin, and Irish Gin.

Invivo SJP

Following the phenomenal global success of the now sold-out first vintage (2019) of Invivo X, SJP Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, the new 2020 vintage is now available in Australia for the first time and has just been awarded a 90 point rating by Wine Spectator for a second year in a row.

More than 500,000 bottles of Invivo X, SJP Sauvignon Blanc 2019 were sold around the world in the wine’s first year of launch. Sarah Jessica Parker was involved  in the winemaking process, from blending the wines through to the label design, and she is on the board of Invivo USA. Securing a number of international accolades including seven GOLD medals and six 90point ratings and named Top 100 Wines in the World by Wine Spectator in 2020, the original Invivo X, SJP Sauvignon Blanc 2019 has proven to be the most successful product launch on a global scale for the New Zealand based company.

Also available to purchase for the first time in Australia, is a premium French Rosé in the Invivo X, SJP Wine Collection. Coming from the South of France, this delicious drop has been crafted in partnership with a family estate from Provence, SJP, and the Invivo team.
