All Saints Estate is offering the opportunity to acquire some of its most precious back vintages with the second edition of the Museum Release next month.

​The collection will feature a limited selection of back vintages from the family cellar of Brown siblings Nick, Eliza and Angela, which can either be purchased individually or as part of a pack that can be fully customised.

Hand-picked by winemaker Nick Brown, the wines have been selected based on their rarity and point of maturity. This year, the Museum Release will celebrate the distinct flavours of the Estate’s iconic Pierre, with five vintages in a dedicated vertical together with iconic wines from the 2013 vintage which Brown hails ‘a great year’. A Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc blend, the Pierre was named in honour of the late Peter Brown.

​“We introduced the Museum Release for the first time last year, and the response we had from our customers was incredible. It was heart-warming to see a high level of interest in our old vine wines, which we have cared for over the last three decades,” said Brown.

​“Optimal storage conditions have allowed the wines to be perfectly aged, and wine enthusiasts will be able to enjoy these treasured vintages at their peak, without needing to cellar it themselves. We are especially excited to release five vintages of the Pierre, presenting superb tertiary characters and aromas, incredible complexity, length, and smooth, silky tannins.”

​Other highlights in the Museum Release this year include four vintages of the All Saints Estate Family Cellar Shiraz and four vintages of the All Saints Estate Family Cellar Marsanne.
​
​The Family Cellar was launched by the Browns in 2003 to house their most cherished wines, which have been aged in an architecturally designed and self-cooling underground cellar.
