Sophisticated Cocktail Co has ramped it up its retail offering and will be rolling out its sustainable cocktail range at First Choice Liquor Market stores next month.

Launched just over two years ago, Sophisticated Cocktail Co hopes to redefine what it means to “drink consciously”. Founder Vicki Lyon created the brand to offer Aussies the opportunity to imbibe while limiting the impact their drinking has on the environment.

The sustainable cocktail range comes in stylish pouches, which are made from recycled goon bags. Lyon kicked off Sophisticated Cocktail Co with a Margarita and a Cosmo and has since expanded the range to include eight other cocktails.

Three cocktails will be available through First Choice outlets in NSW, Queensland and Victoria in August: the Margarita, Pina Colada and Pornstar Martini.

Made with fresh ingredients and at 15% ABV, each 750ml bag contains approximately six cocktails.

Lyon said: “We are very excited to be working with First Choice on the roll out of our three most popular cocktails across the country.

“We have been selling the range at independent storers across the country, selected Dan Murphy’s stores in NSW and through our online store and are very excited to offer customers the opportunity to now walk in and pick up a bag off the shelves
across the First Choice network of stores.”
