For the month of September, the Glenglassaugh Whisky Immerse Yourself package will give oyster and whisky connoisseurs the chance to experience both in the tranquil waters of the Hawkesbury River.
Included is a guided boat tour of the oyster farm, followed by an immersive in-water dining experience and a tasting of the new Glenglassaugh whisky range.
With peak oyster season happening from September to March, it’s the perfect time to get shucking with a dram in hand.
