Sydney Opera House celebrates its 50th anniversary in October and it’s toasting the milestone with its champagne partner G.H. Mumm.

G.H Mumm has created a special tribute with a toast atop the iconic sails of the Sydney Opera House by Australian musician Isabella Manfredi. The toast coincides with the launch of a limited-edition 50th anniversary Mumm Cordon Rouge commemorative champagne gift tin, which was created to mark five decades of creativity and inspiration at the core of the Opera House.

Manfredi, who performed at the Opera House for Vivid LIVE in 2015, had the rare opportunity to climb the Opera House sails to mark the occasion.

As the sun cast its first light on Sydney Harbour at dawn, Manfredi reached the world-famous building, raising a G.H. Mumm glass to the Opera House. Manfredi was dressed in a vibrant red custom gown from renowned Australian designer Michael Lo Sordo.

“Some of the most resonate moments of my career have involved experiences at the Sydney Opera House,” Manfredi said.

“What an iconic way to celebrate Australian culture and creativity – by raising a glass of G.H. Mumm atop the sails. A once in a lifetime experience!”
