FELLR has joined with Australia’s most beloved gelato maker, Messina, to create three new limited-edition seltzer flavours – Yuzu Sorbet, Blood Orange Sorbet and Salted Coconut & Mango Sorbet.

From November 30, three limited-edition Messina specials will also be hitting the cabinets in all 30 Messina stores for one week (or until stocks last):

• November 30 – BLOODY GOOD FELLR Custard gelato with blood orange gel,
  baked sponge and whipped cream
• December 1 – LITTLE FELLR Mango and Coconut gelato with salted coconut
  fudge and coconut biscuits
• December 2 – FIZZY FELLR Yuzu cheesecake gelato with baked cheesecake
  and dulce de leche

Yuzu Sorbet will also be added to Messina’s classic sorbet range from 1-7 December or until stocks last.

Launch party at Bondi’s Beach Hotel

FELLR and Messina will host a party at Bondi’s Beach Road Hotel on December 15 to celebrate the launch of their collaboration.

The brands will be taking over the venue, transforming the back courtyard into the FELLR x Messina Seltzer Garden. Expect ice-cold seltzer, a pop-up gelato cart serving custom FELLR x MESSINA flavours, and for one night only, specialty cocktails crafted by the masterminds behind MESSINA’s cult creations.

As the sun sets, The Beach Road Hotel’s iconic band room will welcome The Lazy Eyes to the stage, alongside Gully Days.

Summer road trip

FELLR and Messina are also hitting the road – popping up at locations across the country over the summer, including Brisbane’s Breakfast Creek Hotel, Gold Coast’s Miami Tavern, Victoria’s Brighton Beach Hotel, and Manly Beach’s New Brighton Hotel.

The FELLR x MESSINA Sorbet Seltzer series will be available in 10 packs from December 1 in BWS and Dan Murphy’s, as
well as selected venues and festivals nationally.
