Glenfiddich is returning to Australian Fashion Week (AFW) from 13-16 May 2024 as the official whisky partner and only alcohol provider. 

For the fourth year in a row, Glenfiddich will deliver the Glenfiddich Valley of the Deer Disco and panel sessions at The Talks, presented by Glenfiddich, spearheading the fusion between whisky, art and fashion.

The Glenfiddich Valley of the Deer Disco will see Maybe Sammy, No. 15 of The World’s 50 Best Bars 2023, at the helm of the cocktail offering at the pop-up bar.

As the only bar on-premises during AFW, it will offer a selection of drams and a bespoke cocktail menu. Offered exclusively at the Glenfiddich Valley of the Deer Disco will be a 23 Year Old Glenfiddich Grand Cru AFW cocktail priced at $110 and served alongside a limited-edition golden keyring unlocking a complimentary half-a-dozen oysters for every Glenfiddich cocktail purchased at Maybe Sammy during May. For those unable to attend AFW, the Glenfiddich Valley of the Deer Disco cocktail menu will also be available at Maybe Sammy throughout May. 

Nestled against the historic Carriageworks’ Blacksmith’s Workshop, the Glenfiddich Valley of the Deer Disco will pay tribute to the industrial space with nods to the 80s-inspired punk scene. It will also have some of Australia’s best DJs taking over the decks and performing every evening at the bar.

Throughout the week, The Talks, presented by Glenfiddich, will see intimate panel sessions with influential industry figures exploring fashion’s past, present, and future. They will include designer Alix Higgins, model Elaine George and musician Pania on topics ranging from the rise of Western Sydney culture to the relationship between music and fashion, the future of fashion, and many more. After the discussions, guests will receive a complimentary Glenfiddich beverage at The Glenfiddich Valley of the Deer Disco.

The Glenfiddich Valley of the Deer Disco is open to the public from 3– 10pm, 13-16 May 2024.
