Australian ready-to-drink (RTD) cocktail company Curatif has been nominated for the 2024 International Wine and Spirit Competition (IWSC) RTD Producer Trophy.
Having secured this prestigious award in both 2022 and 2023, Curatif is on the cusp of making history with a potential third consecutive win at IWSC – a world-first in the RTD category.
“Our dedication to excellence, our obsession with fresh ingredients, and our relentless pursuit of innovation are the heart and soul of this recognition,” said Managing Director and Co-Founder of Curatif Matt Sanger.
“But make no mistake, we’re in great company. All of the other shortlisted makers, and all of the producers that have scored so highly this year are crafting incredible drinks and making this category so beautifully competitive and interesting.”

Among the Curatif cocktails that have been awarded 95-point Gold Medals are Curatif Espresso Martini, the newly launched Piña Colada, multi-award-winning Pineapple Daiquiri and Limited Release Blue Hawaii.
“Being recognized on the world stage alongside industry titans is immensely rewarding,” said Sanger.
“It’s a testament to the hard work and passion of our en1re team, and it fuels our ambition to continue pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in the RTD space.”
Curatif wins Champion Trophy at Sydney Royal Distilled Spirits Show
The nomination follows Curatif’s Expresso Martini winning the inaugural Champion Ready to Drink Trophy earlier this week at the Sydney Royal Distilled Spirits Show.

Sydney Royal Chair of Judges Stuart Gregor said: “The inaugural winner of the competitive Ready to Drink class was a truly delicious and perfect for early afternoon judging, Espresso Martini from Curatif,” Gregor said.
“This was as good as anything you would expect to be served in the best bars around town, it retained a lovely crema on top and balanced coffee and sweetness perfectly.”
Matt Sanger said the accolades not only highlight Curatif’s unwavering commitment to quality but also reinforced Australia’s posi1on as a producer of some of the world’s finest beverages.
“It was very cool to be shoulder to shoulder with so many amazing local makers this week at the Sydney Royal Distilled Spirits Awards, and even cooler to bring home the Champion trophy and sash,” he said. “What a great showing of craft Aussie produce.”

The award was accepted by Curatif’s Dáire Hunt (above).
Founded just five years ago, Curatif has rapidly ascended to the forefront of the RTD market through its blending of premium spirits with fresh, high-quality ingredients.
The winner of the IWSC RTD Producer Trophy will be announced during an awards ceremony on 12 November 2024 in London.
