Olsson’s has launched two new products that are ideal for storing its specialty range of cocktail salts: the Salt Keeper and Pinch Pot. 

The Olsson family has been making solar sea salt since 1954. Their wide range of products includes Sea Salt Crystals and Flakes, Red Gum Smoked Salt, Sea Salt Rub, Truffle Salts and more. In 2023 they launched a line of cocktail salts.

The Salt Keeper (RRP $23.50) is designed to store any salts, but especially complements Olsson’s cocktail salts. It fits the rim of a cocktail glass perfectly when creating cocktails such as Margaritas at home.

Olsson’s Native Citrus Cocktail Salt blends Australian sea salt flakes, pink plum powder and lemon myrtle. The lemon myrtle adds a zesty and refreshing twist to cocktails, while the pink plum powder brings subtle fruity undertones.

Smokin’ Chilli Cocktail Salt features Australian sea salt flakes that have been smoked on Red Gum for 72 hours, resulting in a rich and smoky flavour. It is then combined with chilli to add a spicy kick. The salt enhances the sweetness, sourness and spiciness in cocktails.

The Pinch Pot (RRP $18) is designed to hold any of your favourite salts an comes with a bamboo spoon for hygienic and easy access during any activity that salt can be added.
