Australia’s first Limoncello Spritz in a can, Solbevi, is celebrating its big win with fans at the Formula 1 Louis Vuitton Australian Grand Prix 2025.
More than 465,498 people attended this year’s event across the four days, 13,000 more than last year’s record 452,055.
Solbevi RTDs were stocked in eight bars at Albert Park, with Solbevi Limoncello Slushies also being major hit at the event, selling out in the first 1.5 days and requiring an urgent delivery of extra stock on Friday afternoon.
Founder Stefan Di Benedetto (pictured main) said he was “still buzzing with excitement” in the days after Lando Norris took the opening win of the Formula 1 season.
“To see Solbevi on the menu with all the big brands was pretty awesome. But to see so many people walking around with Solbevi in their hands was surreal,” he said.

Di Benedetto launched Solbevi in August 2023, drawing from his Northern Italian heritage to perfect his family’s cherished limoncello recipe. He spent three years developing the concept of a Limoncello Spritz in a can.
Solbevi has since secured distribution in more than 550 venues across Australia, including 200 Dan Murphy’s and Vintage Cellars stores, and is expanding into New Zealand this month. Its products are also available onboard select Qantas flights and in all First and Business Class lounges.
The brand has picked up a slew of awards in the past 12 months, including Liqueur of the Year and World’s Best Liqueur at the 2024 USA Spirits Ratings.
