Nemiroff has been crowned Supreme Brand Champion 2025 by The Spirits Business, becoming the first-ever vodka and the first Ukrainian alcohol brand to receive the title.

The Supreme Brand Champion title is awarded annually to just one brand across all spirit categories, recognising exceptional performance, strategic growth and marketing innovation.

Nemiroff is available in more than 60 markets and has expanded its presence in the last 12 months to include Germany, Australia and India. 

The Spirits Business said: “Nemiroff was singled out for its sales rebound in 2023 after a tumultuous period when Russia invaded Ukraine, and the brand’s growth continued the following year with sales soaring by 20.8%. Its sales increase last year is particularly impressive in a declining vodka category, with the likes of Smirnoff and Grey Goose failing to achieve growth.”

Australia has been identified as a priority market for Nemiroff’s international expansion, with local marketing campaigns set to launch later this year. The move signals the brand’s commitment to establishing itself in Australia’s competitive premium vodka category, both on- and off-premise.

“2024 was a pivotal year for Nemiroff. We invested heavily in brand equity and distribution, and 2025 will see us consolidate that momentum across our export markets, including Australia,” said Nemiroff CEO Yuriy Sorochynskiy.

• 30ml Nemiroff De Luxe
• 30ml Coffee liqueur
• 10ml Vanilla syrup
• 30ml Espresso

Method:

1. Chill a bar shaker and a serving glass with ice.
2. Add the espresso, vodka and coffee liqueur to the shaker.
3. Shake all ingredients well.
4. Pour the cocktail into a serving glass filled with ice.
5. Garnish the drink and enjoy.
