New General Manager for Australian Distillers Association

Independent Brewers Association CEO Kylie Lethbridge has been announced as the new General Manager of the Australian Distillers Association (ADA).

Lethbridge will assume the role on 27 October 2025, replacing interim General Manager Cameron Mackenzie. Mackenzie will
continue to provide support in the role on an as-needed basis to ensure a seamless transition in the months ahead.

Lethbridge joins ADA with more than 25 years of leadership, advocacy and strategic development experience.

At the Independent Brewers Association she led the organisation through a period of significant growth and transformation,
amplifying the national profile and influence of independent brewers.

Throughout her career, Lethbridge has worked across all levels of government and held executive roles in national industry bodies, driving economic development, policy reform, trade and investment outcomes for Australian producers.

Australian Distillers President Holly Klintworth said: “We’re absolutely thrilled to welcome Kylie to the Australian Distillers family.

“Her energy, experience and deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing Australian distillers make her ideally suited to this role.

“Kylie brings a clear vision and a collaborative leadership style that align perfectly with the ADA’s goals. We’re incredibly excited about what’s ahead for our members and the broader industry under her guidance.”

Lethbridge said: “I am thrilled to be so warmly welcomed and look forward to dedicating my time and energy
to supporting artisan producers, small businesses and the people who work so hard to pursue their passion.

“With significant opportunity, an inspired cohort of members and the leadership of the Board, I’m confident that together, we can achieve great things.”
